Think about how true this is. Change your own behavior or use it as you regard the behavior of others in your house. From the Trenches It's ok to build "castles in the air". We just have to put a foundation under them. Fifteen minutes at a time. Baby Steps. I'm reclaiming my bedroom. I could have just wished for it or dreamed about how nice it would be. I am actually doing it! The job looks overwhelming. I broke it down into fifteen minute jobs. Already I can see it changing. I clear a spot. I clean that spot. I move on to the next spot. Yes, there will be lots of fifteen minute sessions to do. When I'm done, there will be my bedroom, all clear and clean, beautiful, inviting, well worth having and maintaining. You can do it. Choose a spot. Do fifteen minutes.Just start!
