As you may recall, a powerful habit for change is "When you get it out, put it back."
This slogan needs one more word to make it really work.
The motto should read, "When you get it out, put it DIRECTLY back." meaning to put it back EXACTLY where you took it from.
Do yourself and everybody else in the house a favor. Make sure that every time you want something it is EXACTLY (EXACTLY!) where it is supposed to be.

EXACTLY HERE
As you may recall, a powerful habit for change is "When you get it out, put it back."
This slogan needs one more word to make it really work.
The motto should read, "When you get it out, put it DIRECTLY back." meaning to put it back EXACTLY where you took it from.
- You take the bath soap from the soap dish and put it of the side of the tub instead. Uh-oh!
- You return the cereal box to the shelf below where you found it. That's a no-no!
- You leave your shoes just outside the door of the closet instead of on the rack inside. Not!
Do yourself and everybody else in the house a favor. Make sure that every time you want something it is EXACTLY (EXACTLY!) where it is supposed to be.

JUST DO IT - Do not wait till you feel like it. Just move your body through the motions like a robot if that is all you can do. Face the fact that some things do not inspire. Surrender to the concept of boredom. Put on a taped story as your work and listen only as you work on your house. The story will pull you back to
the work.
It is nice to want to. But do not wait for the humor to hit you.
Just do it.

CALLING AN ORGANIZER
It took me 4 years to finally think I am worth it and call an organizer/cleaner!!!! All the therapy and meds didn't help. What is helping is doing it. I had a panic attack the first time she was here-oh well it wasn't the first one and probably wont be the last. I got to the point where I don't want anything, but rationally I just am going through it and if I have a place for it and will enjoy it I keep it.
